Receiving the order
We will receive and handle your order through this website. We will handle your order during 1-2 working days.
Products will be delivered during 1-2 working days from receiving your order (EXCLUDING PRE-ORDERS). If products are not in store, we will inform you immediately to your contact information (email, telephone, or postal address). Since our products are limited editions only, you will get your refund from your purchase according to our payment service provider schedule (Paypal).
Shipping costs depend on a weight of the order. If shipping costs appear at any time, it will be informed in payment process before your purchase.
Payment will be made, right after we have sent the goods to the cardholder/customer. (EXCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)
Canceling the order
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel the order according to the instructions on delivery confirmation email. If you have any problems on canceling the order, please inform us immediately at email@example.com.
You have a right to cancel your order during 14 days from receiving the order. If you need to cancel your order, you must return the goods in faultless condition, and we will refund your product price and shipping. Buyer need to pay for the return shipping cost. Please see the instructions for returning the goods, from the information sheet provided with the shipment.
There is a lifetime warranty in our products. If you are not satisfied to your purchase, you can always reclaim, and we will refund your order.
If there is a mistake in product, you must inform immediately HipYours in written or orally. HipYours will tell the instructions how to proceed. Consumer protection law are defining the rules and regulations for the reclamations.
Your personal information, provided in the ordering process, will not be handed over to the third party at any time, and personal information will not be linked to any external registers.
Credit/Debit Card Information
During the purchasing process in HipYours, your credit card information will be handled by our payment service provider (Paypal). Our payments service providers are safe electronic Visa- and Mastercard/Eurocard -payment solution. Every information are handled against the payments providers and card organisations laws and regulations.
If you need to cancel the order, please inform HipYours according to the instructions provided after the order, or if you have any problems during canceling, emailing us to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. We will handle the refund to your credit/debit card.
